For over 25+ years, I’ve been in the trenches—building, scaling, and transforming businesses across industries. I’m not just another coach preaching theory. I’ve lived it. I’ve failed big, and I’ve won even bigger.

I’m a Certified Master Business & Entrepreneurship Coach, Content Writer, and Developer. But titles don’t define me—results do. I’ve helped countless businesses and solopreneurs navigate challenges, grow, and carve their own paths in competitive industries.

A Proven Track Record in Business & Innovation

I’ve worked extensively in the online space and specialize in AI and automation. My entrepreneurial journey started in 1998 when I founded Varadox Communications Corp, a communications software development and hosting company. Under my leadership, it became an industry leader before being acquired by Com Cast ATT in 2002.

But I wasn’t done. I went on to build and run multiple businesses, including Vector Force Inc., an electronic technical service company in the oil and gas sector, and A Better Landscaper, a hardscape construction company providing large commercial retaining walls, out buildings amongst other specialties which I successfully operated for 16 years.

Through it all, I mastered business management, finance, leadership, marketing, and digital strategy—not from books, but by putting in the work. I’m learning every day.

I also spent five years teaching at the World Coach Institute, training professionals in advanced coaching techniques, executive leadership, and career development.

Education & Certifications

I hold degrees in Electrical Engineering Technologies and Software Development, along with certifications in business coaching, entrepreneurship, leadership, and digital and marketing. My technical background, combined with decades of hands-on experience, gives me a unique edge in helping businesses scale and leverage technology for success.
