I’ve designed internal coaching systems for government teams, taught high-performance coaching at a professional level, and consulted startups and entrepreneurs across multiple sectors. I’ve also built proprietary AI agents and internal automation systems—long before most coaches knew what GPT even was.

While others chase trends, I build tools that last. My strength isn’t just in what I’ve done—it’s in how those systems still perform under pressure.

I’ve launched and exited multiple businesses, from a software hosting company acquired by Com Cast ATT, to a technical field service operation in oil & gas, to a multi-crew commercial hardscape construction company I ran for 16 years. I’ve experienced failure, reinvention, and growth cycles most coaches don’t talk about.

Along the way, I earned credentials in engineering, software development, leadership, coaching, and business strategy. But what matters more? I’ve helped rebuild what was broken, restored direction in moments of burnout, and delivered straight answers when shutting down was the smarter move.
